We are seeking a Lecturer in Business Management to join our academic team from September 2026.

This role is ideal for an adaptable, student-focused educator who can teach across multiple business disciplines and support learners through Levels 4–6.

About Us

London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is a dynamic higher education provider within Global University Systems (GUS), delivering University for the Creative Arts (UCA) validated programmes.

Teaching Pattern: Monday to Friday daytime teaching, with a preference for availability to teach a small number of evening sessions during the week. You will teach subject areas including: Marketing Principles and Strategy Organisational Behaviour and People Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship Business Strategy and Business Policy Ethics, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Operations and Supply Chain Management Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching Support student progression and achievement Contribute to curriculum development Maintain subject expertise Essential Criteria Degree and postgraduate qualification in Business or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience) At least two years’ Higher Education teaching experience Experience teaching across Levels 4–6 Strong communication and teamwork skills Desirable PhD or equivalent professional standing Fellowship of the HEA (or working towards) Industry or consultancy experience We’d particularly welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate one or more of the following: Experience supporting students to use Generative AI and digital tools effectively and ethically Experience supporting or building SMEs, start-ups or freelance ventures Commitment to helping students grow entrepreneurial ventures
