The Lecturer will be responsible for:

- Preparing and delivering high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops in subjects related to Business and Marketing.
- Developing course materials.
- Conducting research in the field.
- Mentoring students.
- Assessing student performance.
- Collaborating with colleagues.
- Staying updated on new business and marketing trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing to engage students with practical and theoretical market strategies.
- Expertise in Marketing Management and Marketing principles to guide learners on strategic planning and organizational marketing approaches.
- Strong Research and Lecturing skills to deliver interactive and knowledge-rich lessons effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in teaching or training within a Business or Marketing discipline is highly desirable.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of learners in a classroom setting.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with trends in business and marketing education.
