Ready to pass on your skills and shape the next generation of Construction professionals? We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Lecturer in Construction Multi Skills to join our dynamic Construction team.
⚡ What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Lecturer, you’ll work hands-on with entry-level students, guiding them through practical training and inspiring them to reach their full potential. Your real-life experience and enthusiasm for the trade will help bring the subject to life in the workshop and the classroom.
With strong support from our curriculum managers, you’ll design engaging sessions and create clear pathways for your learners’ progress. You’ll bring not just your technical expertise, but your passion for helping others succeed.
⚡ About you:
You must hold GCSE A*- C / 9 - 4 or Level 2 equivalent in English and Maths You must have an interest in supporting students within an educational environment. You must have a Level 2 qualification in Construction or related discipline You should have excellent communication and organisational skills
