Experienced Construction Professional Needed
Are you an experienced Construction specialist with a Plumbing background and passionate about teaching the next generation?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in Construction (Plumbing Specialism) to join the dynamic Construction team at Taunton College.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of talented students in a successful, well-established department delivering high-quality construction training.
About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will:
- Inspire and equip learners with practical skills, industry knowledge, and professional behaviours
- Support students of varying abilities, fostering their potential
- Collaborate within a strong, supportive team to uphold the College’s standards
This role suits experienced lecturers or industry professionals transitioning into teaching, with full training and ongoing professional development provided.
