FTE Salary: Up to £37,545.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: Up to £7,610.47
Contract Type: Permanent, Part time
Working Hours: 7.5 hours per week

We have an exciting role of Counselling Lecturer within our Adult Vocational team to deliver our Level 2 and /or level 3 CPCAB Counselling courses! The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of CPCAB qualifications and a passion for sharing their skills, expertise, and industry knowledge with adult learners.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching in Counselling skills
- Monitor learner progress, support achievement, and encourage progression into further training or employment.
- Keep up to date with developments in the construction industry.
- Ensure adherence to SGS’s Quality Management systems, safeguarding responsibilities, and health and safety practices.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- Industry experience as a Counsellor.
- A teaching or assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Excellent communication skills and a learner-focused attitude.
- Passionate about the future of the construction industry.
