Would you like to work with a skilled team of professional people that are committed to developing the next generation of Electricians? Do you want to help shape the way young people are educated in trade skills?
The Electrical Installation team are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to help budding Electricians begin their journey. As a member of our dedicated delivery team, you will be involved in teaching, assessing, producing innovative content, and supporting future developments on a range of programmes such as the level 2 Diploma in Electrical installation to the T level in Construction (Electrical Installation.) Depending on your skills set a range of different working patterns and options are available.
An ideal candidate would be able to deliver and assess at least one of the following:
Theoretical side of the qualifications (e.g. electrical science and principles, electrical installation planning, preparing and designing) Trade practical skills
The ideal candidate would have a range of the following qualifications.
Level 2 Diploma in electrical installation Level 3 Diploma in electrical installation Level 3 NVQ in Electrical technical AM2 Electrical installation BS 7671 2018 (18th Edition) Inspection and Testing Electrical Vehicle EV Higher level qualification in Electrical engineering
We Would Consider Other Relevant Qualifications From The Sector.
To be successful in this post, you will need to be able to demonstrate good planning, and a commitment to delivering high quality learning experiences. Excellent communications skills, the ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously are essential. A relevant qualification or significant practical experience are required. Teaching and/or mentoring experience would be advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidates.
