Salary: £33,000 – £41,108 per annum (pro rata for part-time opportunities)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of English courses, including compliant assessment and feedback.
- Lead course management, administration, and organisational responsibilities as needed.
- Develop and drive curriculum innovation, implementing best practice and staying current with education trends.
- Enforce consistency in ** College behaviour management processes**.
- Maintain and refine expertise through professional development, ensuring the highest standards in your practice.

Essential Criteria
- Qualification: Hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Subject Expertise: Demonstrate a Level 3 in English and a robust understanding of course requirements.
- Teaching Experience: Proven record of success teaching across diverse levels.
- Assessment Focus: Knowledge of value-added metrics and progressive measurement tools.
- Partnerships: Experience collaboration with external organisations to enhance teaching.
- Feedback: Ability to provide clear, constructive written/verbal feedback.
