Location: Chippenham
Salary:
- Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata
- Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year, pro rata (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

What We Offer
Salary:
- Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata
- Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year, pro rata (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You'll Do
- Teach and assess learners across a range of ESOL programmes and levels
- Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Support learners from a variety of linguistic, cultural, and educational backgrounds
- Create a positive and welcoming learning environment that promotes confidence and progression
- Prepare learners for further study, employment, and everyday communication in English
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
What You'll Bring
- A relevant qualification in English, ESOL, Linguistics, Languages, Education, or a related subject (Level 3 or above)
- Strong knowledge of English language teaching and language acquisition principles
- The ability to engage and motivate learners with varying levels of English proficiency
- Experience working with learners or supporting others in education, training, or community settings
- Experience teaching ESOL or working with multilingual learners is advantageous
- A commitment to inclusive teaching, cultural awareness, and learner success
- A teaching qualification is welcomed but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work
