The London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is a contemporary institution dedicated to preparing students for successful careers across the creative industries. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lecturer in Fashion Management & Marketing to join our growing Creative School.

The Role

You will deliver engaging teaching across Levels 4–6, helping students develop expertise in:

  • Fashion Marketing & Communications
  • Consumer Behaviour
  • Fashion Buying & Merchandising
  • Trend Forecasting
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Fashion Events & Brand Experiences
  • Strategic Fashion Business Development

Working closely with academic colleagues and industry partners, you will contribute to curriculum development, student support, assessment, and employability initiatives while ensuring an exceptional student experience.

About You

You will bring:

  • A degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Marketing, Business, Retail, or a related discipline.
  • Experience teaching within Higher Education.
  • Strong industry knowledge of fashion marketing, branding, and consumer behaviour.
  • A passion for student success and inclusive education.
  • The ability to connect academic theory with current industry practice.
