Location: London (Aldgate & Tower Hill)

Contract: Full-time Monday to Friday

Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday - Teaching in the day and a couple of evenings a week.

At London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA), we do things differently. Our teaching is practical, industry-led and student-focused, designed to equip learners with real-world skills that go beyond the classroom.

We are now looking for a passionate Lecturer in Hospitality Management & Leadership to join our academic team and deliver an engaging, forward-thinking learning experience across Levels 4–6.

The Role

You will deliver high-quality, interactive teaching while supporting students to develop the skills, confidence and mindset needed to succeed in hospitality leadership.

Key Responsibilities Include

Deliver engaging teaching across hospitality leadership, events, marketing, strategy and customer experience Create a dynamic, industry-informed learning environment using real-world case studies and live projects Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement Support student progression, engagement and achievement Integrate digital tools and innovative teaching approaches Build and maintain industry links, including guest speakers and employer engagement Participate in assessment, quality assurance processes and exam boards

Essential

About You

Master’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Events or related discipline (or equivalent experience) Teaching qualification (PGCert or equivalent) Experience teaching in Higher Education or industry training Strong understanding of hospitality leadership and industry trends Ability to deliver engaging and inclusive teaching

Desirable

PhD or professional doctorate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (or working towards)
