Lecturer in Immunology and Molecular Microbiology

📍 Arabian Gulf University (AGU), Bahrain

Arabian Gulf University (AGU) invites applications for the position of Lecturer in Immunology and Molecular Microbiology. We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated academic with a strong background in immunology, molecular microbiology, teaching, and research to contribute to our growing academic and scientific community.

Key Requirements

  • Doctorate degree (MD or PhD) in Immunology, Molecular Microbiology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Strong research record with publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
  • Ability to supervise student research projects and theses.
  • Experience implementing innovative and modern teaching methodologies.
  • Commitment to academic quality assurance and accreditation standards.
  • Proven experience in securing research grants and funding opportunities.
  • Active participation in collaborative research projects.
  • Demonstrated contributions to community engagement and professional service.
  • Experience serving on academic and administrative committees.
  • Eligibility for academic appointment according to AGU criteria.
