Machinery & Land-Based Engineering Teacher – Agriculture Team
Join our enthusiastic Agriculture team as a Machinery & Land-Based Engineering professional to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical teaching to land-based students. About the Role
This rewarding role involves instructing students in:
- Agricultural machinery
- Maintenance practices
- Engineering principles
- Safety protocols (health & safety compliance)
You’ll guide learners in developing strong practical skills while fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver captivating lessons on machinery, maintenance, and engineering
- Oversee practical workshops, ensuring safe and effective student engagement
- Enhance learner skills through bespoke hands-on training
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curricula with evolving industry needs

Essential Requirements
- Degree or HND in Engineering/Agricultural Machinery (or equivalent industry experience)
- Experience in agriculture, engineering, or allied industries (preferably with teaching or training components)
- Workshop maintenance expertise including repair, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- Strong health & safety certification (essential in education settings)
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and up-skilling the next generation of land-based engineers
