Interviews will take place on-site at our campus in Weston-super-Mare.
About the Role
You’ll deliver practical and theory-based lessons in Plastering (up to Level 3), mentoring students to achieve their best. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Tutorship & student support: Offer guidance tailored to individual needs while maintaining high educational standards.
- Career progression support: Help students transition into employment or further study.
- Course development: Contribute to creating and improving programs, training materials, and training standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach plastering techniques across multiple qualification levels (NVQ Levels 1, 2, and 3).
- Lead practical and theoretical instruction, fostering a supportive yet rigorous learning environment.
- Mentor, assess, and encourage students to excel in their skills and academic progress.
- Assist with curriculum design and modernising training approaches.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and workplace safety regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
To apply, you must have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Plastering.
- Significant industry experience within the plastering trade.
- Strong knowledge of ** NVQ (National Vocational Qualifications) for Plastering** across Levels 1, 2, and 3.
