The Professional Construction department has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join their team.

The successful candidate will be a clear communicator with a passion to teach on a range of professional construction courses from level 3 to level 5. Including T level (Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction / Civil Engineering) and the Pearson BTEC Higher National Certificate in Modern Methods of Construction for England or Construction Management. As a subject/industry expert, you will cascade best industry practices and new skills, including technology and sustainability, ensuring students receive high-quality and relevant teaching, training, and assessment to prepare them for their next steps.

Applicants must hold a minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Construction or equivalent and ideally have both industrial and recent teaching experience. The ability to teach across both construction and civil engineering disciplines and the possession of a teacher training qualification would be desirable.
