We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Lecturer in Organisational Psychology with a strong academic profile and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality teaching, who can contribute to our MSc Global Organisational and Business Psychology. Responsibilities
The post holder is primarily expected to contribute to our new MSc Global Organisational and Business Psychology, but may also be involved in teaching on one of our current UG or PG programmes and/or PG programmes in development. The post holder will also perform the role of personal tutor to students, supervise dissertations, contribute to departmental administrative duties, design and mark coursework assessments, and contribute to team, departmental, and student events and meetings.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be an Organisational Psychologist who is able and motivated to contribute to the teaching, research and administration of the Department, and to the delivery of a high-quality teaching programme on the MSc Global Organisational and Business Psychology.
