Travel and Tourism Teacher Vacancy
Loughborough College Group, part of Brooksby College, Loughborough College, Stephenson College and IGNITE Performing Arts, is seeking an inspiring, dynamic, and committed individual to teach a variety of subjects in Travel and Tourism.
About the Role
You will deliver City & Guilds or NCFE qualifications at Levels 2 and 3, demonstrating expertise in teaching and learning strategies that enhance student progression and motivation. Essential requirements include:
- Experience in teaching travel and tourism (or alternative industry-relevant subjects highly desirable)
- A valid teaching qualification
- Significant industry experience in Travel and Tourism
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a large team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality learning experiences for students across diverse Travel and Tourism qualifications
- Utilise varied teaching methods to motivate students and support progression
- Maintain adherence to assessment criteria and trade-specific industry standards
- Contribute to departmental activities, including curriculum development and multidisciplinary projects
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
