Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in Mathematics to join the Berkshire College of Agriculture team.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary ranging from £31,633 (T1) up to £45,341 (T11), depending on qualifications and experience.

Lecturer - Mathematics

As a Lecturer in Mathematics, you will join our Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Colleges Group, teaching at the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus. You will work with post-16 learners, helping them develop the numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills they need to succeed in GCSE or Functional Skills Maths.

  • You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that support learners with a wide range of starting points and experiences.
  • Working closely with Learning Support Assistants, you will adapt your teaching so that every student can take part and make progress.
  • You will use assessment to understand where learners are, address gaps in their knowledge, and help them improve over time.
  • You will also play an important role in encouraging attendance and building learners’ confidence in Maths.
