Inspire the Next Generation of Engineering Talent
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lecturer in Electrical and Mechanical Apprenticeships to join our team and help shape the future workforce.
In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across a range of apprenticeship programmes, including:
- Electrical and Mechanical Fitting and Assembly (Mechatronics)
- EV Charging Point Installation
- Solar PV Installation and Maintenance
Through your expertise and enthusiasm, you'll support apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in industry.

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, driving curriculum development, and building strong relationships with employers to ensure training remains relevant and industry-focused. As part of a supportive and collaborative college community, you'll also lead apprentices through mock AM2 assessments, preparing them to achieve their full potential.
