Lecturer in Production Arts
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in Production Arts to join the Berkshire College of Agriculture on a permanent, part-time basis. This is a 0.6 position working Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The salary for this role ranges from £18,979.80 (T1) up to £27,204.60 (T1), which is dependent on experience and qualifications and based on a full-time equivalent of £31,633 (T1) up to £45,341 (T11).

Lecturer – Production Arts (0.6)
As a Lecturer in Production Arts, you will play a rewarding role in delivering high-quality, engaging teaching that inspires student growth and ensures successful course completion. In this role, you will:
- Create dynamic lessons
- Closely monitor student progress through Individual Learning Plans
- Guide them confidently through the assessment process
- Support hands-on learning, including drilling, sawing, and using specialist equipment
- Foster a lively classroom atmosphere with strong attendance

Crucially, you will take the lead on the Level 2 Production Arts UAL course, driving the design of assignment briefs, marking, and assessment.
