We have a fantastic opportunity to join South Essex College as a Lecturer in Professional Cookery (Service Industries) at our Southend City college campus.
Applicant will have a level 3 qualification in Professional Cookery or equivalent in order to course lead the learners completing a range of courses within the college. A qualification in food safety is also essential.
You will have industry experience to guide and support learners into the industry. A teaching qualification would be desirable but is not essential as support can be given if successful.
You will be responsible for a high quality delivery with innovative teaching, learning and assessment to ensure all learners meet or exceed their predicted outcomes, whilst leading the effective planning and delivery of the curriculum.
