Lecturer (Teaching) in Project Management
Competitive starting salary range: From £39,324 up to £44,710 (dependent on experience) with the potential to progress. A discretionary range for candidates with exceptional experience can be discussed/considered.

The Role
As a Lecturer (Teaching) in Project Management, your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching and course coordination, while supporting the development and delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programs
- Ensuring students receive an effective learning experience
- Based within the College of Business and Law, you will collaborate with academic colleagues to enhance student learning and teaching experiences
- Ensuring relevant aspects of research, enterprise, and professional context are embedded in modules and courses

Key duties:
- Teach on modules and courses at HE levels 4-7 in relevant subject areas, including:
- Curating, adapting, and creating module teaching materials
- Delivering diverse types of student learning sessions
- Supporting students through informative and formal communication throughout teaching semesters
- Potentially lead and support apprenticeship provision
Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree in an appropriate subject or An Honours Degree with appropriate professional qualifications and/or membership
- Project Management qualification and prior experience, preferred
- Teaching qualification or an acceptance of the requirement to obtain one
- PhD or active membership of an appropriate professional body, advantageous

- Expertise: Experience in teaching Project Management at HE levels 4-7 with high teaching, learning, and student engagement standards
- Pedagogy: An understanding and application of active learning pedagogy, promoting student support, enhancement, and engagement

- Proven success: Demonstrated track record of helping students succeed
