Role: Lecturer in Therapeutic Radiography
Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Your role will involve this diverse and engaging set of responsibilities:

Teaching & Student Support
- Deliver engaging, research-led teaching instruction primarily in undergraduate programmes.
- Provide pastoral guidance and academic mentorship to students.
- Prepare students for real-world challenges within the evolving healthcare environment.

Clinical Placement Coordination
- Collaborate with NHS trusts and healthcare partners to organise and oversee clinical placements.

Curriculum Development & Innovation
- Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of programmes.
- Engage in programme evaluation for ongoing improvement.

Administrative responsibilities
- Handle associated teaching and protocol-related department administrative duties.

Key Skills & Experience Required
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate: ✔ UK professional registration in Therapeutic Radiography ✔ **Substantial and relevant prior experience in radiography ✔ A passion for teaching and nurturing future healthcare professionals ✔ Strong communication and organisation skills ✔ A commitment to research and collaborative academic work
