JOB TITLE: Lecturer - Travel and Tourism
LOCATION: King’s Lynn
HOURS: 30 per week
SALARY: £25,868 - £32,621 per annum (£31,904-£40,233 FTE)
AVAILABLE FROM: August 2026 for a period of 12 months

This is a rare opportunity to join our well-established and supportive hospitality, travel and tourism team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

We offer a wide-range of courses at our Kings Lynn campus including air cabin crew, T Levels, and level 1 to 3 courses in travel and tourism. Our onsite facilities create a bespoke experience for learners to train in our very own aircraft cabin and galley or host events and role plays in our on-site restaurant alongside our team of industry specialists.

It is essential that you hold a relevant level 3 qualification and have up-to-date industry or teaching experience. Don’t have a teaching qualification? Don’t worry, we will support you to achieve this through our teacher development programme where you’ll be supported to obtain these qualifications at your own pace and under the expert guidance of our Learning practice.

Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications. Appointments will not be made at point 12 or above (£37,454 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Hospitality, Travel and Tourism team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.
