Care Coordinator
Location: Leeds Salary: £23,800.50 per annum Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Reports to: Care Manager
About the Role
To ensure all client visits are allocated, recruit suitable Care and Support Workers, and maintain appropriate office procedures.

Principal Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming telephone enquiries
- Implement thorough recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of Care & Support Workers
- Process new client referrals
- Prepare documentation for Field Care Supervisors
- Permanently allocate Care & Support Workers to all client visits, ensuring 100% coverage
- Administer Individual Care & Support Agreements
- Maintain client files, Care & Support Worker files, and ensure full documentation is up-to-date
- Update computer systems and electronic records at all times
- Ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures
- Assist with wages and invoice processing
- Produce reports and management information as required

Key Qualifications & Expectations
Requirements
- Experience in care or a related field (preferable)
- Strong customer service skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Ownership of a valid UK driving licence and own vehicle (required for visits)
