Location

Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Aldgate, London office and remaining days working remotely


About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Legacy and In Memory Officer to join our Supporter Giving & Legacies team.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Plan and deliver engaging legacy and in-memory marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Use data and supporter insights to attract and steward legacy enquirers, pledgers, and in-memory donors, supporting critical income streams
  • Collaborate with campaigns, stewarding, and acquisition teams

Key Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with the Legacy + In Memory Marketing Manager to develop and execute campaigns, including:

  • Legacy prospecting
  • Steeardship of legacy donors
  • In-memory donor marketing
  • Campaign events and acquisition initiatives

Working with internal colleagues and external partners, you’ll:

  • Develop engaging campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance
  • Use data-driven insights to optimally improve future activity

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Proactive, organised, and passionate about the charity sector
  • Experienced in fundraising or marketing (preferably in direct mail, digital, or telemarketing)
  • Comfortable collaborating with agencies and internal teams
  • Focused on detail-oriented execution, *project management, and campaign growth
