Our client is a prestigious specialist law firm based in Marlborough, known for its high standards, client-focused service, and collaborative working environment. They are now seeking a capable and organised Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and provide essential administrative assistance to the legal team.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in office administration, ideally within a legal or client-facing environment

Role & Responsibilities

General Office Support

  • Answer calls, manage inboxes, schedule meetings, and maintain calendars
  • File, scan, copy, and prepare standard documents and letters
  • Monitor supplies and liaise with service providers

File & Data Management

  • Open/close client files and maintain the Practice Management System
  • Keep accurate, GDPR-compliant records and assist with time recording

Team Assistance

  • Support fee earners with tasks such as bundling, printing, and formatting
  • Greet clients and assist with office hospitality

Conduct & Compliance

  • Handle all client data with confidentiality
  • Uphold the firm’s professional standards and follow internal procedures
