Legal Administrator | Contract Opportunity | Life Sciences | London
I’m currently partnering with a leading life sciences organisation who are looking for a Legal Administrator to join their Legal team on an initial 6-month contract basis.
This role will provide operational and administrative support to the Legal function, with a focus on contract management, legal documentation, compliance support, and legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Legal Counsel with day-to-day legal operations
- Managing contract records, trackers, and documentation
- Coordinating NDA processes and contract execution workflows
- Maintaining legal databases and document repositories
- Tracking contract renewals, expiries, and key obligations
- Supporting compliance activities and legal reporting
- Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and legal administration

Ideal Candidates
- Previous experience in Legal Administration, Legal Operations, Contracts Administration, Legal Secretarial, or Paralegal roles
- Experience supporting contracts, agreements, or legal documentation
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
- Experience within a regulated industry (pharma/life sciences/healthcare) is advantageous

Desirable Experience
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
- DocuSign or similar e-signature tools
- SAP procurement processes
- In-house legal team experience
