Legal Administrator – Data Protection and Privacy – 3 positions.
If you're a highly organised administrator who enjoys working with people, handling sensitive information with care, and making a real difference behind the scenes, this could be the perfect next step for you. Join Specsavers' Data Protection team and play a key role in helping the business protect the personal data of customers and employees across multiple countries. Working within Group Legal, you'll provide essential support to the Data Protection Officer and wider team, helping to ensure compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations while contributing to a function that is at the heart of trust, integrity and customer confidence.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll coordinate Data Protection cases from start to finish, supporting the handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), individual rights requests and other GDPR-related enquiries. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers and colleagues throughout the lifecycle of a case, ensuring requests are acknowledged promptly, progress is clearly communicated, and outcomes are delivered professionally and efficiently. No two days will be the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and delivering a high standard of customer service.

We're looking for someone with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills who can confidently build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business. You'll be naturally organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable handling highly confidential and sensitive personal data with discretion and professionalism. An understanding of current data protection and privacy regulations will be important, alongside strong attention to detail, sound administrative skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
