Join Leyton's Growing Legal & Compliance Team

Are you a commercially minded legal professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-growing international business?

At Leyton, we're looking for a Legal Advisor to join our expanding Legal & Compliance team. Working closely with our Head of Legal & Compliance and Legal Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the business across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical legal expertise with commercial thinking, whilst helping shape and improve legal processes within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

As Legal Advisor, you'll provide practical, commercially focused legal support across the business, helping to manage contractual, compliance and regulatory matters while building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments.

You'll be involved in reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising on compliance matters, supporting data protection initiatives and contributing to the continued development of Leyton's Legal & Compliance function.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Draft, review and negotiate client agreements, consultancy agreements and supplier contracts.
  • Advise on contractual risk and provide pragmatic commercial solutions.
  • Support the management of post-signature contractual matters.
  • Assist in developing contract playbooks and standard documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
