Advise on media, commercial and employment matters, helping us build sustainable partnerships, support young talent and create the legal foundations for our next stage of growth.

For more than 24 years, Reprezent has helped thousands of young people build confidence, develop skills and launch careers through broadcasting and creative media. Many of our alumni now work across the BBC, Apple Music, Global, Sony and other leading creative organisations.
We're now building the next chapter of that story.
As we expand our training programmes, develop new commercial partnerships and create new opportunities for young people, having strong legal foundations becomes increasingly important.
Your expertise will help us negotiate better partnerships, protect our intellectual property, establish sustainable commercial agreements and ensure we continue growing responsibly.
In practical terms, your advice will directly support projects that create employment opportunities, training programmes, industry partnerships and long-term career pathways for young people who might otherwise struggle to access the creative industries.
Rather than simply reviewing documents, you'll help shape the legal framework and the organisation's future.
The work you do won't just reduce legal risk. It will enable us to create more opportunities, reach more young people and build a stronger, more sustainable organisation capable of delivering social impact for many years to come.

What Are We Looking For?
We're looking for an experienced legal professional with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Commercial law
- Media or entertainment law
- Employment law
- Intellectual property
- Contract drafting and negotiation
- Charity or corporate governance
You don't need to be an expert in every area. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking a pragmatic approach and helping organisations make good decisions. If an issue falls outside your expertise, we'd value someone who can help us identify the right approach or introduce us to the right specialist.
You'll also ideally have:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain legal issues in plain English.
- Sound judgement and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
- An interest in supporting organisations with a social purpose.
- The ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and trustees.
- A willingness to volunteer flexibly as projects arise.
Qualified solicitors, barristers, in-house counsel and experienced legal professionals from industry are all encouraged to apply.

Reprezent is entering an exciting period of growth. Alongside our long-established charitable work, we're expanding our commercial projects, developing strategic partnerships and broadening our range of opportunities for young people across the media industry.

We're looking for an experienced legal professional who can act as a trusted adviser to our CEO and Board.
This is a varied role, with media and commercial law forming the core of the work. You'll help us establish practical legal frameworks that allow the organisation to grow confidently while managing risk.
Typical areas of support may include:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial, sponsorship and partnership agreements.
- Advising on media, production and content-related contracts.
- Supporting the development of future talent management and representation agreements.
- Advising on intellectual property, licensing and brand protection.
- Providing guidance on employment matters, contracts and HR policies.
- Reviewing governance or commercial documents where appropriate.
- Helping us establish practical legal processes as the organisation grows.
- Introducing specialist contacts where an issue falls outside your own area of expertise.
We're not looking for someone who knows every area of law. We'd much rather find an experienced commercial lawyer who enjoys solving problems, thinking strategically and helping organisations make good decisions.
You'll work closely with our CEO, trustees and senior leadership team, becoming a trusted sounding board as Reprezent enters its next phase of development.
