We have an opportunity for an experienced professional to join our New Build team, based at our offices in Mansfield.
We’re looking for a Legal Advisor to join our specialist New Build Team, working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment focused on new build purchases. Supported by dedicated Executives who manage the day-to-day progression of matters, you’ll have the time and space to focus on the legal detail and technical aspects of each transaction — creating the right structure for strong performance and genuine job satisfaction.

We’d love to hear from you if you are a:
- Legal Advisor, Licensed Conveyancer, Paralegal or Solicitor with 2–3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Ideally experienced in New Build transactions
- Confident working to tight exchange deadlines and managing a proactive caseload
- Excellent communicator with strong client care skills and a collaborative team approach
- Organised, detail-focused and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
