We're looking for an experienced Legal Adviser to join our Head Office team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional who enjoys working at a strategic level while remaining close to the business.
Reporting directly to the Company Secretary, you'll become a trusted adviser to the Board, Executive Committee and stakeholders across the organisation.

You’ll support the organisation with data protection, overseeing DPIAs, LIAs and the wider privacy framework. You’ll also support and enhance contract review, negotiation and mitigate contractual risks.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent legal professional.
- Significant post qualification experience gained in-house and/or private practice.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
- Experience advising senior stakeholders, Boards and Executive teams.
- Commercially focused with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice.
- Strong understanding of legal risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with data protection and contract management.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
