Responsibilities
- Advise and support sales and operations teams on a wide range of complex contracts and commercial projects within the consumer channel, including direct engagement with customers and partners.
- Negotiate and draft strategic agreements covering sales, distribution, marketing, and after-sales service of offerings.
- Provide solutions-based legal advice to all levels of management on a diverse array of complex legal and business issues.
- Build and nurture relationships, collaborating effectively with multiple cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and successfully close deals.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated experience in either in-house or private practice, with significant focus on commercial contracts.
- Familiarity with legal issues pertaining to sales, marketing, and distribution.
- Exceptional communication and drafting skills, including the ability to listen attentively, communicate clearly and concisely, present confidently, influence stakeholders, and effectively challenge ideas to achieve optimal decisions.
