KLR Solicitors is an award-winning law firm specialising in family, matrimonial, divorce, children proceedings, financial matters, injunctions, wills, employment, conveyancing, and immigration law. The firm’s head office is in Sidcup, South East London, serving a wide range of surrounding areas in Kent and London.
Role Description
KLR Solicitors are looking to recruit a legal assistant to support our small but busy team. The role involves administration and reception cover and an opportunity to progress further with different roles within the firm.

This is a full-time role based at our firm's head office in Sidcup.

The working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday.
Starting salary between £26,000 to £28,000
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal forms and correspondence.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, including diary management, file organisation, data entry, and office coordination.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Competence in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and case management systems.
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal services environment is highly beneficial.
- Relevant legal or administrative qualification (e.g., legal secretary/assistant diploma, paralegal training) is an advantage.
