Legal Team Coordinator

Department: Legal

Location: Uxbridge

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Legal Team Coordinator to provide essential business support to our Legal team in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

This is a varied role supporting legal operations, company governance, privacy activities, project coordination, and executive administration. (Please note: this is not a Paralegal position.)

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Legal team with governance, compliance, and company secretarial administration
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Manage legal inboxes, contract databases, and document workflows
  • Support privacy activities, including maintaining registers and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with board packs, corporate filings, and legal reporting
  • Format, proofread, and manage legal documents and presentations
  • Coordinate travel, training, invoicing, and departmental administration
  • Support legal projects, newsletters, and intranet content
