We’re a well-established law firm with three offices, and we’re looking for a Legal Assistant / Paralegal (Residential Conveyancing) to join our team in Putney (SW15) and work closely with a Partner in the firm.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real hands-on experience, responsibility and the opportunity to develop their career in a supportive, close-knit firm.
The role
You’ll work closely with a Partner, providing day-to-day support across a busy residential conveyancing caseload. Your role will include:
- Assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- File management and document preparation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other third parties
- Helping to keep transactions progressing and clients updated
- General legal and administrative support

Who we’re looking for
We’re open to a range of backgrounds and would love to hear from candidates with experience in a similar or transferable role.
This role could particularly suit:
- A paralegal looking to develop their experience and take on greater responsibility
- Someone planning to qualify as a solicitor via the SQE route
- A motivated career-starter looking to build a career in private practice
