Role Overview
To provide administrative support to and undertake some case handling tasks for case handlers who provide quality legal advice to the firm’s clients and progress cases in the most efficient manner. This role involves preparing legal documents, liaising with clients, customers and courts, and ensuring the smooth progression of cases in line with legal procedures, firm standards and client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the litigation debt recovery process
- Prepare legal documents and draft routine correspondence
- Liaise with clients, courts, Counsel, and external experts
- Organise meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Maintain accurate case files and update the case management system
- Handle incoming/outgoing post and general admin tasks (scanning, filing, archiving)
- Support with accounts queries and urgent typing tasks
- Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and adherence to firm standards
- Contribute to team meetings and work closely with the Department Supervisor
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work proactively, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A professional, client-focused approach
