Legal Associate (5–8 PQE) – Transition into AI / Legal Tech
Lawyers (5–8 PQE) – Ready to step away from fee-earning?
I’m working with a fast-growing AI legal tech company that’s changing how law firms manage complex disputes — and they’re hiring.
This is for lawyers who: • Know their area inside out • Are tired of the same case cycles • Want to do something more commercial / forward-thinking • Are curious about how AI is shaping the legal world
The role (in simple terms): You’ll use your legal experience to work with firms and organisations, showing how AI can improve how they manage cases — from first instruction through to resolution. It’s not about “cold sales”. It’s about speaking to people doing the job you’ve already done — and helping them do it better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
