About the Role: Business Support Administrator
What a Day in the Role Looks Like
You will provide administrative support across the Auction Pack and Conveyancing teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly and documentation is handled accurately.

- Provide day-to-day support, ensuring tasks are done accurately, efficiently, and to service-level expectations.
- Handle document preparation, processing, and filing, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and quality control.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence professionally, supporting customers, agents, and internal teams—while delivering an outstanding experience.
- Efficiently prioritise and manage workloads to meet deadlines and key objectives.
- Share expertise by providing informal training to new team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator—ability to engage well on the phone, in writing, and in person; ability to build positive working relationships
- Proactive team player who takes initiative and represents the company professionally in every interaction
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
