We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative individual to join our busy Finance team, supporting our UK offices.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Legal Cashier and the wider Cashiering team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid cashiering experience who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and enjoys building strong working relationships across departments.

In this varied role, you will be involved in:
- Posting Client and Office receipts
- Processing Client and Office payments via CHAPS, cheque, and file upload
- Ensuring accurate recording and filing of financial information
- Liaising with colleagues across offices and providing support to Fee Earners
- Monitoring and paying Deposit Interest when due
- Ensuring compliance with SAR
- Working to strict timetables and meeting regular deadlines
- Handling multi-currency transactions
- Managing daily Client-to-Office transfers and completing bank reconciliations
Candidate Overview
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and the right mindset:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Legal Cashier role
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with frequent deadlines
- Good IT skills; experience with CMS Open and Excel is an advantage
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
