Legal Cashier

Job Title: Legal Cashier

About the Role

The Legal Cashier will provide general day-to-day administration, coordination, and operational support within the Legal Cashiering team—a core group of four crucial to delivering exceptional service to the firm.

The role requires proficiency in our practice management system (SAP) and Expense & Invoice Management platform (Chrome River), allowing full process understanding and seamless collaboration across the finance functions.

The Team & Culture

Part of the Finance & Accounting department, we thrive on excellence—faraway from a generic "back-office" role. Our mission extends far beyond transactions; we provide critical financial guidance to the firm’s business and stakeholders. As an integral part of a world-class global law firm, we deliver the highest standards of service.

Our 40-strong London team is led by the Chief Operating Officer and structured across two strategic areas:

  • Reporting & Accounting: Manages strategic planning, budgeting, management accounts, statutory accounts, and tax.
  • Finance Operations: Handles daily functions, including billing, collections, cash management, treasury, and client monies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
