About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Compliance Specialist to review and draft legal documents ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves maintaining accuracy and consistency in contractual and agreement language, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
The Legal Compliance Specialist will:
- Review, draft, and revise legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and compliance materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance and address inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in legal document review, drafting, or compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal language.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for legal concept articulation.
