Role: Legal Compliance Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $20 - $30/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Specialist to review and draft legal documents for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves ensuring accuracy and consistency in legal language across contracts and agreements. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and revise legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and compliance materials.
- Ensure all documents comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal inquiries and provide guidance.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and related correspondence.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating potential legal risks in business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in legal document review, drafting, or compliance.
