📍 Location: Work from Anywhere 🕒 Job Type: Contract ⏳ Hourly Rate: $20–$30/hour


About the Role

The client is seeking a Legal Compliance Specialist to review, draft, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of legal documents—including contracts and agreements—while maintaining adherence to applicable laws and internal policies. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, independent work, and a proactive approach to legal risks in a remote setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and revise legal documents (contracts, agreements, compliance materials).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal inquiries and provide expert guidance.
  • Maintain records of all legal documents and correspondence in an organized manner.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating legal risks in business operations.
