Condor Resourcing is the ‘people’ resource of Fieldfisher Condor's suite of solutions. We address a need when organisations find their in-house legal resources stretched, or where there is a requirement for a lawyer with specific technical skills for a task or project. We support Legal Consultants seeking a varied and flexible career, without sacrificing quality of work, all with the support of a European law firm.
Role Overview
We are seeking a junior commercial lawyer to support a corporate client on a three-month secondment. This role offers excellent exposure to a growing business and the opportunity to take on varied, hands-on commercial work.

Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Managing corporate governance documentation
- Supporting BAU commercial activity and collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Ad hoc other legal tasks as they arise
Requirements
Due to the level of responsibility offered, this role would suit a commercial solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE who has the following experience and skills:

- Strong grounding in commercial contracts, whether gained in private practice or in-house.
- Able to work independently and manage workload confidently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective business relationships.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a global business.
