Consultant Solicitor – Work how you want and earn significantly more?

What's not to love..

We're exclusively partnered with a group who offer:

  • Clear and transparent ownership and equity structure
  • The strongest business, IT, marketing and central administrative support in the market!

If you’re an experienced Solicitor who’s starting to question the traditional model — the long hours, the rigid structure, the limits on your earning potential — this could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

We’re working with a forward-thinking law firm that offers something different: the freedom to run your practice your way, without sacrificing the support, professionalism, or credibility of being part of an established firm.

Why This Role?

This isn’t just another legal position — it’s an opportunity to take control.

As a Consultant Solicitor, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own clients, your own time, and your own direction. Whether you want to work fully remotely, reduce your hours, or scale up your income, this platform gives you the flexibility to do it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
