Legal Contracts Specialist
Uxbridge, office based

The role
The Resourcing Team is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Contracts Specialist to join our client's dynamic in-house legal team.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of legal and administrative activities within a fast-paced, international environment. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the team, with a primary focus on the drafting, review, and management of commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the legal department, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and track required legal information and documentation.
- Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements and related documents, including MSAs, Framework Agreements, Service Agreements, NDAs, and Letters of Intent.
- Assist in managing the full contract lifecycle, from intake to execution and archiving.
- Review and proofread legal documents and correspondence for accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and update legal templates, clause libraries, and standard contract forms.
- Track key contractual obligations, deadlines, and renewal dates.
- Support improvements to contract processes and legal documentation systems.

What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (or equivalent legal qualification).
- Demonstrable experience in a legal office or in-house legal team environment.
- Practical experience supporting the drafting, review, and execution of commercial contracts.
- Solid understanding of contract management processes and core contract law principles.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and documentation skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across several workstreams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment.
