Legal Counsel (1-3 PQE) - Hedge Fund
In-House Legal Counsel
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all in-house legal matters, working within a small legal team. This broad and varied role covers a range of responsibilities, including:
- Corporate and commercial work
- Funds and regulatory legal matters
- IMA/Distribution agreements

Responsibilities
- Support Head of UK Legal across a variety of legal tasks
- Negotiation and drafting of complex transactional agreements
- Engagement with senior stakeholders in finance, operations, investment, and compliance

Requirements
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Must have completed a training contract in a law firm
- Preference for candidates with practical experience in corporate law, either through a training seat or recent practice area
