Legal Counsel | Warwickshire | Hybrid (2-day in office)
A well-established national organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team in Warwickshire. This is a broad commercial role supporting a complex business and its subsidiary companies, with exposure to commercial contracts, procurement, governance, and data protection matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders across the organisation
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Support GDPR compliance
- Help develop robust procurement and contract management processes

Role Requirements
- Qualified solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE
- Strong commercial contracts experience gained either in private practice or in-house
- Experience advising on data protection matters would be advantageous
