My client is a growing and successful Asset Manager. They have instructed me on an exclusive basis to identify a driven and hardworking Corporate/Commercial Lawyer, to join them as a Legal Counsel within their high-performing Team. Due to the continued growth of the business, this is an amazing opportunity to work for a company with excellent career development opportunities. This is an example of a fantastic in-house role, whereby you will be able to sink your teeth into several different legal matters, including corporate, commercial, funds, financings and reorganisations etc.

The successful candidate will be: Private Practice trained A 1-4 years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer A corporate or commercial lawyer Either working In-House within Financial Services or Private Practice (secondment experience preferred but not a necessity)
